I like very much the use of color coding for different types of information. Once you train your eye, it makes it a lot easier to pay attention to items of your particular interest.
My suggestion is to use some sort of color coding scheme where the actual colors used convey some meaning: for example: green for “ok, this is fine”, grey for “routine info, not very important, but here it is if you need it”, yellow for “pay attention, this might be worth your while”, red for: “you definetly have to take a look at this”. You get the idea.
