Announcing the “sabayon-weekly” Entropy repository

It’s my profound pleasure to announce the “sabayon-weekly” Entropy repository.
This repository will be updated weekly, *ONLY*, on Sundays actually.
The aim is to offer the ability to downgrade packages in a very painless way, just hook the repository in and select the packages as downgrade:

$ equo install app-foo/foo@sabayon-weekly

How to configure Entropy /etc/entropy/repositories.conf file?
Simple, look at your “sabayonlinux.org” repository line, duplicate the line and swap “sabayonlinux.org” with “sabayon-weekly”. Done.

Example configuration line:

repository = sabayon-weekly|Sabayon Weekly Repository|<your packages mirrors, space separated>|http://pkg.sabayon.org

You can keep the repository enabled, it won’t hurt. Please spread the word.
